So many little pink plastic babies.  So, as Ellen suggested (see Gumbo Tales), I made King Buns for Mardi Gras.  As you can see I put the babies on top rather than inside.  They appear to be frolicking and sliding across the icing but if they’re supposed to be Jesus is that too much? The beginning of Lent is a solemn time but Mardi  Gras is the last blow out before the six weeks leading up to Easter so frolicking babies seems just perfect…..
